Direction for use:
Put 1 tea bag into a kettle, small pot or stainless plate, pour 220ml of water, boil and stire for 10 minutes at (100⁰c), allow to cool, take out the tea bag, and drink. Drink 2 or 3 times daily, morning before breakfast after 1hr you can take your breakfast, night 1hr 30mins after meal. Use 1 tea bag twice or 3 times before discarding. Can add lemon or honey according to personal taste(optional)(not compulsory)
Use during menstruation, do not use on ovulation day rather use a day before ovulation, you can then continue usage 5 days after Ovulation and meeting with husband.
