Direction for use: Put 1 tea bag into a kettle, small pot or stainless plate, pour 220ml of water, boil and stire for 10 minutes at (100⁰c), allow to cool, take out the tea bag, and drink. Drink 2 or 3 times daily, morning before breakfast after 1hr you can take your breakfast, night 1hr 30mins after meal. Use 1 tea bag twice or 3 times before discarding. Can add lemon or honey according to personal taste(optional)(not compulsory) Use during menstruation, do not use on ovulation day rather use a day before ovulation, you can then continue usage 5 days after Ovulation and meeting with husband. Then the pantiliner should be slightly wet with normal water before wearing, wear in the morning and remove in the night before going to bed and trash. Thanks for your patronage.
